Dr. Roman Alexandroff, DMD
Dr. Roman was born in St. Petersburg, Russia. At age 15 he moved with his parents to Salem, Oregon. After graduating from Sprague High School, he continued his education at Oregon State University. Due to his perfect marks and high scores on DAT national test, Dr. Roman was accepted to Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry just at the beginning of his junior year at OSU, which is an honor rarely given to junior students. After completing his first year at Oregon Health and Science University, Dr. Roman graduated from Oregon State University with high honors and a bachelor degree in general science. After completion of his dental education, Dr. Roman practiced in Wilsonville, Oregon before moving to Reno, Nevada where he got married to his former dental school classmate, Dr. Christina Alexandroff DMD.After several years of practicing in Nevada, Dr. Roman and Dr. Christina decided to establish their own dental practice in Seaside, Oregon.
Dr. Roman enjoys all aspects of dentistry with emphasis on cosmetic and implant dentistry. He is a strong believer of preventive and minimally invasive dentistry. Being a certified Invisalign provider, Dr. Roman offers orthodontic treatment to his patients, which allows him to improve periodontal health, facilitate better access for hygiene and achieve beautiful straight teeth without the use of conventional metal braces. Dr. Roman is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Oregon Dental Association, Clatsop County Dental Association and Seaside Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Roman also volunteers with NW Medical Teams "dental van" project, which provides free dental care to low income families.
In his spare time, Dr. Roman loves hiking, skiing, jogging on the beach with his golden retrievers, Alexy and Russic, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Christina Alexandroff, DMD
Dr. Christina was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. Her family relocated to Reno, Nevada during her childhood. As a student, she always aspired for a career where arts and sciences were combined. She developed a passion for dentistry after working as a medical assistant for three years during college. After teeter-tottering between medicine and dentistry she decided to pursue dentistry due to a need for dentists in Nevada. She has always been a great believer in the power of a smile. A firm believer in a "smile is worth a thousand words," she has focused all her energy on improving her clinical skills to be able to create a specialized and unique smile for her individual patients. More than anything, she enjoys the relationship she develops with her patients. She truly views each patient as part of her dental family, and believes in patient communication with her hands to sculpt your ideal smile. After receiving her degree in Biology and Chemistry with High Honors, she was accepted to Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland, Oregon. She fell in love with the beautiful serenity Oregon, and her husband Dr. Roman Alexandroff. After much hard work and diligence, she received high clinical honors from OHSU with the highest possible recognition in cosmetic and endodontic (root canal) dentistry. Receiving the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Award of Excellence, and the American Academy of Endodontics Award of Excellence, she has continued her passion for dentistry in all aspects. After three years in Nevada, she decided to relocate to be closer to her husbands family in Oregon. She is a strong believer in preservation of natural tooth structure, and forms her treatment plans around maintaining natural tooth structure and support. She prides herself in extremely gentle dentistry, while listening to her patients desires. She is happy to make Oregon her home, and is greatly rewarded by her patients manifestations of her dedication to the highest quality of dentistry for all. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, and especially loves working with her younger patients. She focuses on difficult situations patients have had in past experiences and while working with her patients, comes to a resolution that allows patients to have a comfortable and pleasurable experience in maintaining a healthy, happy smile. Dr. Roman and Christina value your confidence, and as long as regular maintenance visits are observed, warranty their work for over five years, which helps instill patient confidence.
